All properties will need to be individually quoted due to differing factors with each individual property, which include some of the following: Property age, Condition, Construction type, Location, Design, Risk.

We also need to be informed of any additional out buildings that may require an inspection, as the below pricing is limited to the main dwelling and main associated garage.

Premises Condition Reports

A Premises Condition Report (also known as a PCR) is a report that captures the overall condition of a building or space at the commencement / Exit of a building lease.

A "PCR" ensures not surprises at the end of a lease.

This report service is suited to both landlords and/or tenants.

Property Condition Reports focus on: Maintenance items, overall condition, defects and damages with photographic evidence.

Dilapidation Reports

A dilapidation report is a report on the condition of a property at a given point in time. It records general condition, any existing damage or defects, and the state of any particular aspects of the property that could be affected by construction work, excavation or demolition.

These reports are normally carried out on nearby properties both before work begins, and after it’s finished. Comparing the two reports offers a clear picture of any damage that may have occurred as a result of building, excavation or demolition work.

Dilapidation Reports include photographic evidence and floor levels checks.

This Report service is suited to: Property owners, developers, contractors or other parties may relate to an activity being undertaken.
