Highly recommend Canterbury Property Reports. Mitch did a great job of identifying cosmetic issues that required remedying on a newly built house we purchased, most of which we had missed during our couple of prior inspections. He was super quick replying to emails (within 2 minutes in one instance) and provided additional details and support when we needed it. The report was detailed but concise and easy to follow. We will definitely engage again in the future.

I organised for Canterbury Property Reports to complete a building report for a property I was looking to purchase, and Chris was the building inspector. He was fantastic, right the way throughout the entire process. Chris arrived early, was organised and also took the time to explain a few things whilst I was there. He wrote the report promptly, it arrived the same day, and clear to read.Chris was happy to take a couple of phone calls from me once I had received it to explain some of the points covered, and was very patient, especially as I asked a lot of questions! 10/10 experience getting a pre-purchase inspection. I was referred to them through several of my friends and colleagues who had used them before and had great experiences. Mitch and Jessica were great to deal with. Turn around was very fast. Mitch helpfully answered our questions about the report and was extremely helpful. Would use their services again, and would highly recommend them to others.

Very happy with the building report they provided for a property we were purchasing. They were able to assess the property and also make a report within one day after I contacted them. The report was incredibly detailed, had plenty of photos which were handy and good advice when and where required. Chris was also happy to take one of our calls and give some advice on one of the matters raised in the report. Happy with their service and would recommend to others!

Mitch and the team are amazing at responding, addressing and putting together a thorough report on your property. I used their services in 2022 to learn what to fix in my house. Their through investigation uncovered some things that I needed to address.
